Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, number (45102236), dated (19/5/1445H). The letter refers to a communication received from the Customer Experience Association, number (2023/11/01), dated (30/11/2023), announcing the organization of the 'World Customer Experience Forum and Exhibition,' in its second edition, under the honorable patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi.
The forum and exhibition will feature the participation of a distinguished group of experts and speakers from within and outside the Kingdom, aiming to exchange experiences, recommendations, and insights from companies. The event aims to highlight the importance of customer experience in improving service quality, increasing loyalty, satisfaction, trust, excellence, and innovation. Additionally, it will showcase best practices, solutions, technologies, and tools related to customer experience across various sectors and industries.
The forum and exhibition will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, 12-13 Rajab 1445H (corresponding to 24-25 January 2024), at The Arena Riyadh.
